Decode Your Stress
3 Simple Ways for Mothers to Understand What Their Body and Emotions Are Really Saying
A free online therapeutic workshop for mothers navigating the mess and chaos of family life.
A space to understand how stress shows up in your body, what your emotions are trying to communicate, and how to ease the tension you carry so you can feel more like yourself again, without needing everything to be perfect first.

When life is full, your body starts whispering. Then it starts yelling.
Between caring for everyone, managing home and work, and holding the invisible load, you’ve been pushing through for so long.
Your shoulders are tight.
Your chest feels heavy.
Your patience is thin.
Your emotions feel close to the surface.
And even when you know you need a moment for yourself, family life doesn’t pause.
This session is your invitation to slow down on the inside.
To understand what’s really happening beneath the surface, not as a problem to fix but as wisdom to listen to.

-
Discover three practical therapeutic tools to support yourself through everyday overwhelm
-
Feel seen, understood, and supported in the reality of your life
You don’t need silence, a tidy home, or a perfect moment to join.
Bring your real life with you.
Bring the noise, the kids, the mess.
This is for mothers in the thick of it.
Why This Isn’t Just Another Free Workshop
Many spaces talk about managing stress, but few help you truly understand what your body is trying to say.
This session will help you reconnect with your body’s natural wisdom, learning to read its signs, release the pressure you’ve been holding, and respond with compassion instead of frustration.
As one member shared:
“Creating for me is like breathing. I use it as a form of calm amongst the chaos.”
That’s what this experience is about, discovering small, powerful ways to support yourself from the inside out.

LIVE ONLY
Secret Integration Segment
For those who come live: a secret integration session
At the end of the workshop, those who attend live will be invited into a secret therapeutic segment, a guided experience designed to help you embody what you’ve learned and gently integrate the awareness that’s been stirred.
This bonus segment will not be included in the replay.
It’s created for women who are ready to show up, be present, and allow themselves to feel the shift within their own body.
As one of my members said after her first session:
“I could feel in my body where it made me tighten up, and then release with gratitude.” — Kirsty
Another shared:
“It’s about doing things in the mess and letting that be enough.” — Sarah
These are the kinds of moments that happen when you’re live, held, and open to what your body wants to show you.
Why Women Join My Spaces
From real words shared by members inside The Healing Canvas and my other sessions:
“I’ve needed an outlet for self-expression for a long time.”
“I wanted to sit with my emotions instead of pushing past them.”
“This felt like a nudge to finally stop avoiding what I know I need.”
“Creating gives me calm in the chaos.”
“This space feels like coming home to myself.”
“Art is the biggest form of healing. It brings the magic back.”
These women joined because they were ready to stop holding it all in and start understanding themselves with honesty, creativity, and care.

Your Next Step
If something inside you knows it’s time to stop pushing through and start listening, this is your invitation.
Save your free seat and join us live for an experience that will help you reconnect with yourself in a way that feels real, grounded, and full of compassion.
You don’t have to show up perfectly. Bring yourself, your kids, your chaos, and you’ll be held just as you are.
I’m Dannyelle, a holistic counsellor, art therapist, and meditation teacher supporting women who carry a lot, often quietly.
My work blends creative expression, nervous system support, mind–body medicine, and gentle embodied awareness to help women feel more like themselves again.
I guide women to hear the parts of themselves they have had to silence, soften the emotional load they have been holding, and reconnect with the inner steadiness they may have thought they lost.
Women often share that they feel lighter after our sessions.
More spacious.
More connected.
More able to breathe in their own life.
Not because everything around them suddenly becomes easier, but because they finally have a way to understand what their body and emotions have been trying to say.
My work honours your inner world with care and curiosity.
This is a space for exploration, expression, and tuning back into your truth so you can move through life with more clarity and self-compassion.
If you have been feeling stretched thin, overwhelmed by the noise, or disconnected from yourself, you are held here.
This workshop is a gentle doorway back to you.
